I tried booking tickets on Xel-Há it was kind of frustrating. The site was loading really slowly, and I kept having to double-check the prices before I felt okay paying. On top of that, the repeated verification steps got old fast, it felt like I had to prove I was a real person over and over. I did get the tickets eventually, but the whole process felt messy and not very clear.

We went to Xel-Ha on what I think was a busy day—i might be mixing up whether it was right before or right after the lunch rush, but either way I was expecting the lines to be way worse. The staff did a good job keeping things moving, and the signs made it easier to figure out where to go, even if I had to double-check a few times. Some spots definitely got crowded around lunch, or maybe a little before then, but it never felt totally overwhelming. Overall, the crowd control was better than I expected. I just wish the food areas weren’t so packed.

We spent the day at Xel-Ha it was a really place. The water was gorgeous, the views were great, and I did have a good time. The food was fine too, not the kind of meal where you’re thinking, “Okay, I need seconds immediately,” but there were enough options and it did the job. My brain kept going back to the price though. Like, it’s nice… but is it that nice? Some areas were also crowded, which kind of took away from the relaxing vibe a bit. The staff was friendly, so no complaints there. I’d say it’s worth doing once if you’re curious, but I’m not totally sure I’d pay to go again.

Compared to other parks where the crowds and logistics can feel a little chaotic, this was much more relaxed. Getting around Xel-Há was simple too, with clear signs everywhere, and my parents didn’t have much trouble walking around. Overall it was a really smooth, stress-free day.

I don’t know, I was hoping it would be better, but the food came out cold and the drinks tasted watery. It just wasn’t really enjoyable, which was disappointing.

The place was super clean all around, like even the bathrooms and the areas where people were eating, which was nice to see. The staff were keep picking up trash through the day, so it never really got messy. It just made it feel easy to relax and enjoy being there.

I’m usually a little nervous about putting my card details online, but nothing about the site felt sketchy or rushed. The info was easy enough to follow, and I didn’t get hit with any weird pop-ups or confusing steps.

We used the tickets without any issues when we got there. I’d use the site again for sure, mostly because it gave me peace of mind and didn’t make the booking process stressful.

It was worth it overall, and I did have a good day, but the food prices were a bit much. I get that places like this charge extra, but it adds up fast, which was kind of annoying

I had to reach out to support about my booking, and I don’t know why, but it took longer than I expected to get a reply. The person who helped me was friendly once they got back to me, but I ended up having to explain the same issue twice, which was a little frustrating. It did get sorted in the end, I just wish the whole thing had been quicker and a bit clearer.

The nature here is gorgeous!! I really enjoyed the views and the peaceful vibe, but I did feel like it was a bit pricey for what it was.

We had such a fun day at Xel-Ha. The snorkeling was really easy, which was great because I just wanted to enjoy it without overthinking anything. And then the lazy river was so relaxing, I could’ve stayed there longer. Oh, and the zip bikes were a surprise favorite for us. There’s just a ton to do, but somehow it didn’t feel like we were rushing around all day. Also, the food was way better than I expected, which is always a nice bonus.
